Our Story

They say timing is everything, and Kevin and Arielle spent a few years proving it. They met in high school -- he was loud, she was not -- and they were friends before either of them realized it could be more than that.

It took some time apart, a Disney College Program, and one very specific summer in 2016 for things to finally click. Their first real date at a European restaurant in Brighton Beach included a charcuterie board and an unplanned introduction to horse meat. Arielle still hasn't fully recovered. Kevin still thinks it was the best first date story anyone's ever had.

They made it official on December 23, 2016, and the last decade has been exactly what you'd expect from two people who balance each other out perfectly -- a lot of laughing, a lot of traveling, and not a single dull moment.

Kevin proposed with a beachside picnic and a walk along the water. Arielle's answer was yes. His only regret is that he didn't ask sooner.

Flying in? Land at Miami International (MIA)

MIA is the airport to book — about 45 minutes from the venue and closest to all our hotel blocks. Fort Lauderdale (FLL) fares can look tempting, but it's a much longer drive.

Ceremony & Reception

Our ceremony will be at the start of The VIT Estate Space. There is a tiny outdoor, al fresco-style breathtaking ceremony. Dinner in the main gallery space where there will be food, flowers, drinks, and free-flowing joy. Do not forget to bring your dancing shoes!

Secret Gardens Miami, 14450 SW 248th St, Homestead, FL 33032

Dress Code

Honestly, we couldn't decide with a dress code for a long time, because all our friends are creative gurus, and we did not want to tell you what to wear on our terms. Nevertheless, the wedding will be in a rustic style, so please pay attention to our recommendations below.

Ladies

We ask our lovely ladies to wear cocktail or evening dresses. The color palette for formal or semi-formal attire is recommended. Please try to avoid wearing white, ivory, or cream -- those shades are reserved for the bride. Most importantly, wear something that makes you feel beautiful and lets you dance the night away in comfort.

Gentlemen

Guys, please wear suits, blazers, or dress pants. A tie is optional but always a nice touch. We recommend neutral or dark tones -- navy, charcoal, black, or earth tones are all great options. Feel free to add a pop of color with your pocket square or tie. The key is to look sharp and feel comfortable enough to hit the dance floor.
